SHIPPING AND RETURNS

WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER?

All orders are processed by Clubhouse kids within just a few days. If your order contains custom/personalized items, those take time and they will ship out approximately 2-3 weeks after you place your order. As personalized items are all handled by individual artists, please allow at least 3 weeks when ordering during the holidays (Nov/Dec), and at least 4 weeks in the spring before camp (March-July). If there is a specific item which needs individual attention, please email us at info@clubhousekidsny.com and we can discuss this further.

HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED?

Clubhouse kids uses the USPS Priority Mail for all shipping. Clubhouse kids reserves the right to amend product information and shipping schedules due to manufactures delays, changing conditions and product discontinuations You will receive a notification and tracking once items ship. Shipping rates are flat rates calculated based on the total dollar amount of your order and where you live. In the event of a shipping delay, Clubhouse kids will notify you promptly, and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.

SALES TAX

Clubhouse kids is located in East Norwich, New York, If your shipping address is located in New York, then you will be charged your local sales tax. If you are outside of New York then no sales tax will be added.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you purchased from Clubhouse kids, please return it within 30 days of the date on your receipt or invoice. We will gladly exchange your item(s) or refund you in the original form of payment.

Please note:

  • All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.

  • You can return your items at our store or thru the mail.

  • A copy of the invoice and the reason for the return needs to be included so we have information to process the exchange / return.

  • Sale or Clearance merchandise are FINAL SALE and is NOT eligible for return or exchange either in stores or online.

  • ALL PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOMIZED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

 

Personalized Items:

  • Once you place a personalized order, it may not be cancelled.

  • If you receive your order and there is an error made by Clubhouse kids, we will gladly exchange your item or provide you a refund in the original method with which you paid.

 

Damaged items: 
It is very rare that items may become damaged in transit.

  • If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within ONE WEEK of receiving your package at info@clubhousekidsny.com.

  • Then ship it back to us and we will replace it or refund you in the method you paid.

If there is an error in your order or if something arrives damaged, please email us at info@clubhousekidsny.com. We will provide you our address and once we receive your item back, we will replace it for you.
